The language used in the course is very clear, but grammatically incorrect in several sections - it should be reviewed by someone with better English skills. The introduction states that the videos are optional, but none of the videos would load for me, and I had to guess some of the answers to the questions during the training modules until I got them right. Answer from First4Safety.  Janet,  thank you for the review. We welcome feedback both good and bad, the chance to constantly improve is always accepted. Our courses are developed, tested, proofread, and then inspected and approved by the IOSH approvals team. However, some errors will always creep through and when pointed out we always sort immediately. We will go back over the course and look for the errors you have found. As for the videos, they are watched by people all day every day. The videos are served via Youtube so possibly there is a firewall in place at your place of work that prevents Youtube access, or maybe you experienced a low bandwidth that day preventing successful playback. As always videos enhance our learning experience and are not essential. Thanks again for your time. John, First4Safety Ltd.

Excellent fire awareness course. I undertook as a refresher. Opted for First4Safety as I was very happy with previous two courses I had taken with them.
