The Challenge Facing ClearView
From providing bespoke solutions to the law enforcement market, ClearView Communications had grown into a provider of a wide range of fire and security services servicing market sectors such as construction, defence and education. The Benefits of Multiple Certifications
ClearView also had an advantage in their existing ISO certificates. ISO 14001 is built on the Annex SL framework, the same framework used by ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. This meant it was easier for ClearView to implement their new Environmental Management System.
That is because the steps they needed to take to implement their new Environmental Management System aligned with similar steps they had taken to implement both its Quality Management and Health and Safety Management Systems.
Not only did this make it easier for the ClearView team to achieve their certification, but it also meant that there was a lower risk of error or oversight, resulting in a far more robust Environmental Management System.
