We are delighted to say that we have retained our ‘Platinum Trusted Service Award,’ issued by independent reviews service, Feefo. This award recognises businesses that are “consistently delivering excellence” based upon reviews provided by genuine clients.
As the UK’s first ISO certification supplier to receive this award, it shows the commitment from the British Assessment Bureau team to maintain the highest levels of client satisfaction year in, year out.
To obtain Platinum status businesses are required to have achieved the gold standard for three consecutive years achieving a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 to ensure high levels of service are being provided continuously over prolonged periods of time.
Platinum Award Recognises Excellence in Customer Service

Each year, the companies most highly rated via the Feefo service, are recognised with the prestigious Gold Trusted Service award. In 2020 it went one step further with the Platinum Award which celebrates companies that have provided customer service consistently for at least three years running.
How Businesses Are Scored
Each client is invited to provide a review of their experience each time they complete initial certification or an annual audit with us. They submit their reviews via Feefo’s independent service, which is then tracked across the year to provide us with our rating as a score out of 5 (stars).
What the Scores Mean
A score of 4 out of 5 or higher is considered good. Businesses that achieve a score of at least 4.5 in any one calendar year earn a Gold Trusted Service Award. To achieve ‘Platinum’ status a business needs to earn the Gold Award for three consecutive years, which BAB has been doing consistently for the past 4 years.
