TrustMark delivers consumer confidence through its expert network of Scheme Providers and their Registered Businesses. TrustMark Scheme Providers commit to meeting the Framework Operating Requirements and ensuring their Registered Businesses maintain required standards of technical competence, customer service and trading practices.
Established in 2005, TrustMark operates within a Master Licence Agreement issued by the Government’s Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS).
TrustMark licences and audits over 35 Scheme Providers with over 15,000 Registered Businesses. These encompass 156 different service types and include everything you might expect: plumbers, electricians and builders, to a few you might not: carpet cleaners, landscape gardeners and leadwork specialists, plus most trades in-between.
Increased Credibility
TrustMark is a well-respected accreditation that is recognised and trusted by consumers. By achieving TrustMark Licence Plus, businesses can demonstrate their commitment to quality, customer service, and professionalism. This can help to increase credibility and trust, leading to more sales and repeat business.
Access to New Business Opportunities
TrustMark Licence Plus provides businesses with access to new business opportunities. TrustMark is recognised by many organisations, including local authorities, housing associations, and insurance companies. By achieving TrustMark Licence Plus, businesses can gain access to these organisations, which can lead to new contracts and a wider customer base.
Improved Efficiency
TrustMark Licence Plus provides businesses with access to a range of resources, including training, technical support, and business advice. These resources can help businesses to improve their efficiency, reduce costs, and increase profitability. This can help businesses to remain competitive in a challenging economic environment.
Increased Customer Satisfaction
TrustMark Licence Plus requires businesses to adhere to strict quality standards, which can help to improve customer satisfaction. By providing high-quality services, businesses can increase customer loyalty, leading to more repeat business and positive reviews.
TrustMark Licence Plus demonstrates compliance and consumer protection for installing measures in the “Able to Pay” retrofit market without requiring PAS 2035. For ECO4, LAD, HUG, SHDF, and other national frameworks, PAS2030/35, MCS, and TrustMark Registration are required.
Existing British Assessment Bureau PAS 2030 certification holders can add the scope for Licence Plus, and new applicants will be offered Licence Plus as part of their certification package. To obtain Licence Plus, a business must be a TrustMark Registered Business, and we can provide TrustMark Registration and Licence Plus if needed.
Licence Plus may give businesses access to green finance and potential future government schemes going forward.
You will need to discuss this with British Assessment Bureau. They can allocate those codes against your business.
