Not unfamiliar with ISO standards, AuraQ first engaged with the British Assessment Bureau in 2013. The AuraQ team were looking for a highly respected ISO Certification Body (CB) that was UKAS accredited and that would help them sustain the credibility that they have built. AuraQ achieved their first ISO 9001 accreditation in 2014 and knew that annually maintaining certification would help strengthen their position in securing larger commercial contracts and bid tenders as the business grew.

AuraQ had already established a reputation as a trusted and experienced solution provider. The next stage was to build and strengthen this reputation to win new business at home and internationally. British Assessment Bureau’s expert auditors have been assessing businesses for ISO certification since 1969 and that experience proves invaluable for clients in maintaining certification. By identifying gaps in process and identifying areas for improvements the auditors work with the clients to ensure that they are following the requirements of certifications step-by-step.
