ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is the quality management standard, Claire told us that it has ‘set a benchmark’ for Greenford. It has given them a standardised management system that ‘ensures quality throughout.’

Claire also mentioned that having the ISO 9001 certification has given Greenford the edge in tenders as it ‘demonstrates value’ to potential clients.

When working on a heritage site, it’s important to consider the environmental implications. Having ISO 14001 demonstrates to clients that Greenford take their environmental responsibilities seriously.
